Unsurprisingly, Ai Group’s recent survey of skills<br />
needs (released in November 2022), and CEO<br />
expectations survey (January <strong>2023</strong>) found that<br />
skills shortages are at the top of the agenda for<br />
businesses across every industry, including defence<br />
industry. The need for skilled labour was reported<br />
across all occupational groups, but in particular for<br />
technicians and trades workers, professionals and<br />
managers.
