Experience with conducting a series of feasibility and zoning envelope studies for new residential and mixed-use developments in Greater New York.

A series of massing studies conducted based on surrounding circulation and site limitation. Responsible for producing a series of preliminary area

breakdown charts (tower & podium), GSF & NSF, unit counts & zoning studies, including setback and new parking space requirements on the site.

These studies were conducted using Rhinocero, Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign and Excel. Responsible for both massing and visualization studies.
