The proposal is a retention of heritage post-office building and its conversion into a seven-storey podium containing retail, office, and parking, while
adding 19 storys high-rise towers above podium, including office, hotel and residential condos. As the largest heritage revitalization project in Vancouver
history, the proposal aims to provide a new essential link and catalyst between neighby residential neighborhoods and trasitioning downtown area.
Responsible for development of feasibility study presentation materials including experiential 3D sectional perspectives,massing studies and floor plans.

Located on the banks of the Liangmahe River in Beijing, Genesis Beijing contains two tower development, commercial and hospitality, linked by an expansive
atrium covered with a gently arched, glazed roof joining the towers at the base. Responsible for design development of atrium interior entrance space.
Involvement of presentation materials preparations for client, including matriality studies, 3d modelling, experiential sections and visulaizations of the interior.
