Variousexterior building materials were explored to create a unique facade system. Subsequently, modular facade design was developed and visualized withmaterials such as terracotta, glass and metal panels. Custom white marble tile flooringwith black octagonal joint detailing, brings modern yet classically detailed elements to the lobby. Incorporation of greenery enclosures adds sustainablefeatures to the lobby. The custom vaulted ceiling conceals MEP and structures above and the featured lobby wall is defined by custom-cut geometric stone.33
