415 - 425 Madison Avenue - Feasibility Zoning Studies - 24 to 45 Stories / New York, New York

Preliminary zoning studies for a midtown Manhattan site for potential mixed-use tower development. Experience with productions of 3D zoning envelope

studies, feasibility floor plans, FAR comparisons and zoning diagrams between different massing options for client presentation and internal team reviews.

By complying with set-back regulation form zoning, 3 different massing options were produced. Software used: Autocad, Rhinoceros, Excels & Photoshop.

4 Times Square Storefront - Podium Exterior Renovation - Retail / Commerical / New York, New York

4 Times Square is a well known midtown commercial skyscraper that helps define the skyline of Manhattan’s timesquare. As part of the renovation of the

tower, the tower’s podium storefront was redesigned to accommodate a new tenant’s retail storefront and interior layout. Involvement includes 3D design

studies of exterior storefront options, visualization materials and development of plans and sections. Software used: Sketch-Up, Autocad & Photoshop.

Smart City (DAR) headquarter - Commercial Office Development - 6 Stories - 450,000 GSF / Eqypt, Africa

Distinguished by its vertical shading system and atrium, the six-story headquarters embodies the client’s inventiveness and forward-thinking spirit through design.

Integration of atrium is a key design concept of its innovative sustainable design. Involvement of project includes developement of atrium design and facade

design development for client presentation and schematic design documentation using 3D and physcial model. Software used: Autocad, Rhinocere & Revit (BIM).
