Software used: Autocad, Rhinoceros, Excels & Photoshop.4 Times Square Storefront - Podium Exterior Renovation - Retail / Commerical / New York, New York4 Times Square is a well known midtown commercial skyscraper that helps define the skyline of Manhattan’s timesquare. As part of the renovation of thetower, the tower’s podium storefront was redesigned to accommodate a new tenant’s retail storefront and interior layout. Involvement includes 3D designstudies of exterior storefront options, visualization materials and development of plans and sections. Software used: Sketch-Up, Autocad & Photoshop.Smart City (DAR) headquarter - Commercial Office Development - 6 Stories - 450,000 GSF / Eqypt, AfricaDistinguished by its vertical shading system and atrium, the six-story headquarters embodies the client’s inventiveness and forward-thinking spirit through design.Integration of atrium is a key design concept of its innovative sustainable design. Involvement of project includes developement of atrium design and facadedesign development for client presentation and schematic design documentation using 3D and physcial model. Software used: Autocad, Rhinocere & Revit (BIM).26

Involvement includes design studies and development ofrenovated interior layout and new exhibition and curated space. Visualization and presentation matreials including floor plans, diagrams & 3D sectional studies.Phoenico Persian Quarter Archive Museum - Cultural Development - 5 Stories / Beirut, LebanonDistinguished by its efficient modular interior display shelves, the archive museum is designed to fit into the existing historic building in Beirut. The grid-system wasused to create both vertical display unit walls and ceiling. The system corresponds well to the existing building layout and provides a cost-effective solution for thisrenovation of building to create a new archive museum within. The circulation space is incoporated as part of the “walk-through” the display shelves, prompting theusers to fully experience the space as they enter and exit the interior space. Software used: Rhinoceros, Autocad, Illustrator, Indesign, Laser Print & Photoshop.27
