The strategic placement of the architecture enables the orientation of public library’s main space toface the view of the river, to receive natural light and unobstructed view. All archive, storage, functional and back of house spaces are placed on theenclosed portion of the project, providing not only strong visual contrast from exterior architectural view, but also utilizing its full functional capacity of theinterior space.
