Canadian National Parks<br />
National Parks are managed by Parks Canada. The oldest<br />
National Park is Banff in Alberta, founded in 1885. National<br />
Parks typically have viewpoints, camping opportunities,<br />
hiking trails and lake access. In order to maintain the parks<br />
an admission fee of CA$10.00 is charged per adult per day.<br />
If you are visiting for several days or visiting multi parks<br />
you can purchase a Discovery Pass when costs CA$72.25<br />
and is valid for one year. Also available are senior, youth<br />
and family prices<br />
eTA for Canada<br />
Irish citizens planning to visit or transit through Canada<br />
need to apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorization<br />
(ETA). You can apply with a valid passport, a credit or a<br />
debit card, and an email address. An ETA costs CA$7 per<br />
person and is valid for up to 5 years or until your passport<br />
expires. Applications are make online on the following web<br />
