ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY<br />
It is the policy of Northwestern University to not bring alcoholic beverages on the premises<br />
unless the alcohol is provided by a licensed caterer. Events with alcoholic beverages<br />
must be served by a licensed bartender provided by Northwestern <strong>Catering</strong>. All personnel<br />
servicing a bar have completed the Illinois Basset Alcohol Certification Program. All<br />
beverages are to remain within the facility. Unconsumed beverages will remain the<br />
property of Northwestern <strong>Catering</strong> (Compass), in accordance with the laws of the State of<br />
Illinois. Northwestern <strong>Catering</strong> reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages<br />
to any persons. All orders for bar service with alcoholic beverages must also request food<br />
