On behalf <strong>of</strong> the The Naz, <strong>Grove</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Christian</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Child</strong> <strong>Care</strong> (GCCS/GCCC) family,<br />
thank you for your interest in the <strong>Head</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>School</strong> position. Over 30 years ago, a group <strong>of</strong> leaders<br />
at <strong>Grove</strong> <strong>City</strong> Church <strong>of</strong> the Nazarene (The Naz) were called to start a <strong>Christian</strong> school to<br />
serve families in our community. Decades later, it is our belief we are living out the vision <strong>and</strong><br />
calling our founders intended. We trust this Opportunity Pr<strong>of</strong>ile will show our commitment to<br />
providing a spiritual <strong>and</strong> academic foundation that transforms <strong>and</strong> prepares students to be<br />
world changers for Christ.<br />
God’s abundant grace at <strong>Grove</strong> <strong>City</strong> is evident. We have been blessed with the leadership <strong>of</strong><br />
David Arrell for the last seven years, who is now called to support the development <strong>of</strong> <strong>Christian</strong><br />
schools across the state <strong>of</strong> Ohio, <strong>and</strong> our K-12 enrollment has grown from 627 to 778 in the<br />
last 5 years. A sense <strong>of</strong> thankfulness <strong>and</strong> gratitude exists on the campus, <strong>and</strong> the church <strong>and</strong><br />
school leadership are prayerfully anticipating how God will lead our ministry. We are praying for<br />
the next leader who will cultivate our many strengths, nurture the spiritual development <strong>of</strong> the<br />
students, <strong>and</strong> plan for expansion <strong>of</strong> the facilities as needed. The next leader <strong>of</strong> GCCS/GCCC<br />
will guide our team through a strategic planning process.<br />
