Welcome to our first of the summer<br />
issues <strong>2023</strong> and what a packed edition<br />
we have in store for you! Now that the<br />
apples have ripened, been picked and<br />
processed we can officially say it’s<br />
cider season…wahey! To help you soak<br />
up all t<strong>hi</strong>s time of year has to offer, we<br />
have collated our favourite makers and<br />
some handy tips on why you should be<br />
stocking traditional ciders be<strong>hi</strong>nd your<br />
bars. With only 20 lit<strong>res</strong> per box (35<br />
pints) it’s well worth a try.<br />
The perfect way to dip your toes in<br />
the world of trad cider t<strong>hi</strong>s summer<br />
is with a festival. If you’re wondering<br />
where to start with such an event, we’ve<br />
summarized everyt<strong>hi</strong>ng you need to<br />
consider on page 50 so be sure to have<br />
a look and give us a shout if we can help<br />
in any way with our superb range of<br />
beers and ciders.<br />
Here at <strong>Dayla</strong>, we’re incredibly proud<br />

it was about time we shouted about<br />
some of the people and businesses we<br />
are lucky enough to work with. Our new<br />
feature, Friends of <strong>Dayla</strong>, kicks off with<br />
local family establishment The Works<br />
who have brought premium gelato and<br />
all round fun times to Bucks. Page 42<br />

Tasting is a feature not to miss.<br />
Did you know that World Cocktail Day<br />
falls on the 13th <strong>May</strong>? We’ve got some<br />
super easy and delicious serves for you<br />
to create in time for the celebration, as<br />
well as our tequila of the month w<strong>hi</strong>ch<br />
has to be one of the best we’ve tried in<br />
a long time. Smokey pineapple anyone?!<br />

Hanbury Distillery deliver our newest<br />
gin range from the heart of Islington. A<br />
handcrafted, small batch distillery who<br />
bring us a London Gin with incredible<br />
flavour, character, and quality. Check<br />

Did you skip past our ‘new in’ section?<br />
Well head straight back there now<br />

new drop in a long time! We’ve got<br />

we’ll let you discover and the cream of<br />
