Product: Gelato v Ice Cream<br />
In definition, gelato contains more whole milk and less double cream than ice cream<br />
and as a <strong>res</strong>ult, it’s softer and packed with flavour. The lower fat content means our great<br />
flavours are released quickly and with greater intensity. Our gelato is churned slowly but<br />
at atmospheric p<strong>res</strong>su<strong>res</strong> creating a silky smooth, dense texture, without the iciness you<br />
typically get in ice cream.<br />
All our gelato starts off with our ‘top secret’ base mix recipe, a combination of milk,<br />
double cream and sugars before it is mixed with <strong>hi</strong>gh quality ingredients from the continent,<br />
along with local f<strong>res</strong>h produce to create flavours that tingle your tastebuds! Sure, Vanilla<br />
gelato is nice, but we pride ourselves on making outstanding 'out of the box' flavours. From<br />
Blueberry Cheesecake to Salted Caramel Brownie – we’ve tried and tested some amazing<br />

Gone are the days of icy, tasteless sorbet you’ve eaten in the past. Our plant-based sorbets<br />
are packed with real, f<strong>res</strong>h ingredients so that the flavours we want to deliver come through<br />
with a bang! Our sorbets are slow churned too, meaning the texture is smooth, without an<br />
ice crystal in site. Our sorbets don’t contain any dairy and are suitable for vegans.<br />
