The Penn-York Lumbermen’s Club recently hosted a
meeting at Wyndham Garden State College in Boalsburg,
PA. Forcey Lumber Co. and Walker Lumber Co.
Inc. hosted the event, which included sporting clays, a
golf game at Mountain View Country Club and dinner.
Forcey Lumber Company, located in Woodland, PA,
is a fourth generation, family-owned concentration yard
and veneer manufacturer that purchases approximately
three million board feet of Hardwood annually. To learn

Walker Lumber is also located in Woodland and, according
to its website, operates modern dry kilns as well
as timber and log resale. They decided to discontinue
their sawmill operations this year and are specializing
in truckload quantities to distribution, manufacturing and
industrial customer segments, domestically and internationally.
