Open to junior Canterbury creatives aged between 5 and 18, entrants this year were asked to respond to the SCAPE Public Art Season <strong>2023</strong> theme of ‘The Gift’. Bella Gormley, 18, of Lincoln High School, won the senior sculpture section, Sinai Stagpoole, 9, from Pareawa Banks Avenue School and Hetvi Patel, 13, from Wharenui School were dually awarded junior sculpture winners, while Timothy Kernahan, 12, from Christchurch East School and Marcella King, 11, from Chisnallwood Intermediate, took out top prizes for their mural designs.
