The team at Lakeland Art Gallery<br />
in Leeston would like to extend their<br />
best wishes to everyone for a happy<br />
festive season.<br />
Located just 20 minutes from<br />
Rolleston and Lincoln, the gallery<br />
has a large display of artwork in a<br />
mixture of mediums – paintings,<br />
sculptures, ceramics, glassware and<br />
giftware. You are invited to take a<br />
day trip to visit the gallery, especially<br />
through <strong>December</strong> and January<br />
during the members’ exhibition.<br />
The spacious gallery opened in<br />
2017 and is managed entirely by<br />
volunteers. If you would like to be<br />
a contributing artist, call in and have a<br />
chat to the duty person and pick up a<br />
copy of the ‘Wish to Join’ and Terms and<br />
Conditions for exhibiting. Work can be<br />
placed in the gallery throughout the year<br />
(subject to approval).<br />
There is a featured ‘artist of the month’<br />
from February to November, along with a<br />
changing floor display each month.<br />
