She has been in the field of dietetics for
10 years.
What brought her to UNF?
She is a three-time graduate with her
bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate
degrees.
What are her roles/titles here - what classes
do you teach?
She is a community dietitian. She has
taught Community Nutrition, Social and
Cultural Influences on Nutrition, Nutrition
Counseling, Nutrition Education, Food
Service Management 1, Clinical Practices,
and Nutrition Through a Lifespan. These
are both graduate and undergraduatelevel
courses.

“Connecting with the students.” She says that she loves talking
to them about their journey of wanting to become a dietitian
and “helping them with those light-bulb moments.”
