Bus Lines serve the City of Rochester.
Terminals are located in the center of the
city. Taxi service to the Eastman School
Residence Hall, to the Eastman School of
Music, and to downtown hotels is available.
Car: The Eastman School of Music is located
at 26 Gibbs Street in downtown Rochester.
The Residence Hall is located a
short distance from the center of the city.
New York State Thruway travelers
should exit at Interchange #45 and follow
Route 490 to the Goodman Street exit.
Turn right onto Goodman Street and turn
left off of Goodman Street onto East Avenue
for downtown Rochester and/ or for
the Eastman School of Music; or turn off
of Goodman Street onto University Avenue
for the Eastman School Residence
Hall.
CONCERTS AND WORKSHOPS
Members will be admitted free to all concerts
and workshops upon presentation of
their Registration Badges at the door. BE
SURE THAT YOU HAVE PAID YOUR
1968-69 DUES! Non-members will be
charged the public admission fee for the concerts.
THE WORKSHOPS ARE OPEN TO
MEMBERS ONLY.
Remittance of dues should be made payable
to the American Harp Society, and sent
to Suzanne Balderston, 111 7 Crestline

FAMILY MEMBERS ARE NOT MEM­
BERS OF THE NATIONAL ORGANIZA­
TION and therefore do not enjoy the privileges
accorded to regular members. They
may not register for the Conference, they
are not admitted to any of the workshops
and must pay the public admission fee for
all concerts.
REGISTRATION
Conference registration is being handled
by the University of Rochester Conference
Office, Rochester, New York 14627. Preregistration
and pre-payment of the Registration
Fee, Residence Hall room, and Conj
erence meals is required. Checks ( no vouchers,
please) are to be made payable to the
University of Rochester Conference Office.
Registration will be acknowledged. Receipts
will be issued at the Conference. Registra.­
tion deadline is Monday, June 2, 1969.
The Conference Office will not accept
registrations from members who have not
paid their 1968-69 dues. Remittance of
dues should be made payable to The American
Harp Society and sent to Suzanne Balderston,
1117 Crestline Drive, Santa Barbara,
Calif. 93105, in the amount of $10.
( $6. plus $4. Re-instatement Fee applicable
after November 1, 1968)
Members of the Board of Directors arriving
on Wednesday and planning to use
dormitory rooms should notify the Conference
Office and plan an additional $6.50
for the room.

is now near 1000 and includes 38 Chapters
