SHOULD I HELP?
Everyone is a bystander at some point. Being a bystander is simply
when you witness behaviour that is inapropriate or harmful. In
these sitautions, it's easy to ignore it, and assume that someone
else will help or step in, but a lot of the time everyone else will be
thinking that as well. Even if you're not sure how to help, a ot of the
time, trying to do something is better than doing nothing.

If you witness harmful or inapropriate behaviour, :
'Is it safe for me to stop in myself or should I call security?
Remember, it's important to do the right thing, but your safety is paramount.
'What kind of negative behaviour am I seeing?' discrimnatory?
yelling abuse? Is someone being physically violent? Different
situations require different intervention.
'What can I do?' Should you calmly confront the person andexplain why it's wrong?
Should you ? Should you call someone else in?
'Can I support anyone else who is helping?' If someone has already stepped in,
what can you do to back them up?
