■ BIG IS BEAUTIFUL. “Step into a world
where the vivid, the audacious, and
the extraordinary take form within
the Rouge de CHI collection. In the
world of beauty, red is not just a color;
it also represents excitement, passion,
energy, and love. Add extreme coils
and volume and the picture is complete.”
Lehmann (USA)
WHEN IT COMES TO
EDITORIAL WORK,
THE DETAILS MAKE
ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
LIGHT AND SHADOWS,
COMPOSITION,
STYLING AND
FINISHING. HERE ARE
SOME OF OUR FAVES.
▲ GIRL ON FIRE. “For my model
Cameron, I used Pravana’s VIVIDS
Flame, a fiery red-orange, complemented
with pops of VIVIDS Sunstone and
Neon Orange for subtle dimension
throughout. For the finish, I chose a
1-inch long barrel curling iron to create
a lived-in wave with a finishing touch
of dry texture spray for added volume.”
◆ CONTOURING. “Creating this look
involved meticulous attention to detail,
particularly focusing on precise lines
to enhance the various lengths and
textures. I carefully tailored each
section, ensuring seamless blend in the
beard and paying close attention to the
unique characteristics of the texture.
The use of detailed, precise lines played
a significant role in achieving the refined
and polished finish.” Nieves Almaraz,
Lead WAHL Educator (USA)
● GREY-GREEN GORGEOUS . “The
vulnerability of the pose aligned
perfectly with the structure of the hair.
This was about taking textured hair and
applying different techniques to show
how you can create unexpected looks.
The shine on the finish and the overall
dynamism instill a desire to interpret
what lies beneath.” Lisa Farrall (UK)
