Celebrating Synergy
T
he buds blossomed into flowers & the sky was embellished with stars as we prepared ourselves to greet our dynamic seniors,
who were inundated with reminiscences. At last the grand awaited day came, bringing with it the glossy shine of the past years.
SAMANVAY-2008 , the alumni meet happened to be a stupendous time for all of the alumni as well as the students of College
of Technology. The alumni were like luminaries for the college who set ablaze their alma mater with their gleaming radiance . From
the inaugural ceremony in Ratan Auditorium till the cultural nite, it was a tremendous collaboration of the energy of youth and aural
of last generation.
The inaugural session in the Ratan Auditorium gave a platform for the introductory interaction. After this ceremony the luscious
lunch was a detour towards knowing our superseniors. The joviality in the informal sessions where they shared their views and notions
about the college was worth appreciation. The branch-wise interaction came out as the most successful session of Samanvay,
where we got the opportunity to sharpen our future prospects through their experience & aspiring advice. It was a matter of conceit
to have them all with their utmost guidance.
At last the night came with its glistening shine beaming on our alumni. It seemed like a galaxy with an amalgamation of bright stars
of different colours. Then the crusade for making the night breathtaking and lambent came with the students who were all set to
catch the eyes of their seniors by their flamboyant performances ,which came after prolonged preparations and rehearsals. A
symphony of melody, talent and brilliance submerged the College of Technology in gusto and exuberance. Then the alumni rapt in
nostalgia captured the stage with their euphoria and vivacious vibes. The night took them back down the memory lane to their
college days. The culinary variations brought out a savoury dinner which came as a pertinent way for exhilaration to mark the end
of the ultimate 14 th September.
Next day was kept reserved for the alumni to visit the college and extol the change that came in the past few years in the
college. Though the day brought Samanvay to its verge, but it was ended with a trip to SIDCUL in Rudrapur and a splendid treat
from our superseniors at Black Pepper Restaurant. It was a grand memorable trip for the whole Alumni cell and for the alumni too.
That was SAMANVAY which was a symphony for us. The blessings from our alumni are to walk with us forever….
