Trips and Tours
Mary Lou Graham or June Pinnell can be found in
the Trips & Tours Office every Monday and
Wednesday between 9:30 and 11:45 am. As the
seats on the Tour buses are sold very quickly, often
weeks ahead, please book early to avoid
disappointment. Payment must be received at the
time of booking and only by cheque.
Besides the pleasure enjoyed by the members on
these trips, the Centre is the recipient of a yearly
refund from Great Canadian Holidays & Coaches
of 5% from the sale of day trips, and 7% from the
sale of overnight trips. Great Canadian offers quality
escorted holiday tours. Please pick up their
Fall/Winter 2010/11 catalogue in the Trips & Tours
Office and book your trip with Mary Lou or June.
By doing so, you will be helping the Centre.
In the event of an unforeseen cancellation the
participant remains responsible for payment of the
trip in full. If there is an existing waitlist for the trip,
the program convenor will attempt to fill the
cancelled spot. The participant will receive a full
cancellation refund only if the program convenor is
able to fill said spot. We appreciate your
understanding.
