Sommeregg Castle and Bonsai Museum
On our today’s excursion we
will be visiting Seeboden on
Lake Millstättersee. First of all,
we will witness a witch-burning,
face hangmen and their
assistants and pity our ancestors
in the pillory. Sommeregg
Castle houses the largest torture
museum in Central Europe
with more than 70 original exhibits,
which is not only informative
but also spine-chilling.
Then, we will visit Austria’s biggest
Bonsai museum. A lot of
the exhibits are more than 100
years old and unique in quality and appearance.
