What happens if I lose my Card?<br />
If you stay in one of the member hotels and you lose your<br />
card, we kindly ask you to report this to your proprietor.<br />
You will get the card replaced. Lost cards you have purchased<br />
cannot be replaced.<br />
What happens if the Card is misused?<br />
In the event of misuse or suspected misuse, the<br />
WÖRTHERSEE-CARD PARTNERS, ARGE–VU and WTG<br />
are all entitled and obliged to confiscate the Card without<br />
substitution. The WÖRTHERSEE-CARD may not be passed<br />
on to third parties. Offenders will be prosecuted!<br />
Treat your Card like a credit or ATM card – and your<br />
inclusive experience will be completely free!<br />
