member on the monitor, and use “o” when withdrawal was carried out by the operators of<br />

GIRO Zrt. at the clearing member’s request).<br />

Table 09: Complaints settled<br />

This table is used to report complaints which<br />

• were received from clearing members (that is, for example, those received from the customers of<br />

the State Treasury should not be reported), and<br />

• have been settled (the investigation is closed).<br />

The columns shall contain the following information:<br />

a) The clearing member’s <strong>MNB</strong> bank code<br />

b) Date of receipt of the complaint<br />

c) Brief description of the compliant<br />

d) Outcome of the proceedings (“Settled” - the data supplier was/is liable to remedy<br />

deficiencies; “Declined” - the data supplier was/is not at fault)<br />

e) Date of settlement/refusal<br />

Table 10: Repairs at client’s premises<br />

This table is used to report cases when the data supplier had to make repairs at clearing members’<br />

premises (involving a hardware component or operating system or the given software). Cases when the<br />

data supplier’s employees made minor modifications (not involving a hardware component, operating<br />

system, for example replacement of a mouse), provided training on the job or first installation do not<br />

have to be reported.<br />

The bank code of the clearing member issued by the <strong>MNB</strong> should be reported in column f.<br />

Columns g–h should contain a brief and concise description of the error or the error repair.<br />

Table 11: Repairs required<br />

This table is used to report cases when the data supplier involved other suppliers (subcontractors) to<br />

restore the clearing traffic to normal operations. Please report repairs affecting main components or the<br />

operating system. Repairs and maintenance work regularly carried out by the suppliers of the data<br />

provider on a contractual basis shall not be reported.<br />

Columns g–h should contain a brief and concise description of the error or the error repair.<br />

Table 12: Modifications to the business systems<br />

The report must contain the execution of changes contained in the annual investment plan, and of the<br />

unplanned changes, the replacement of all major hardware components and the installation of new<br />

versions of the operating system or other software products specifically developed for clearing.<br />

In column b please enter the letter “M” if the location of the modification was Mártonffy utca (primary<br />

site), and the letter “V” if it was Vadász utca (secondary site).<br />
