The Securities (short) name column is another unique identifier in the data supply, therefore the<br />

same short name should be used consistently for the same security (including reports R02, R03,<br />

R12 and R13). For securities series reported under Code 111, different names should be used for<br />

the securities series, but the same series must be reported under the same title in each table (and<br />

in all data supplies, including the R-type reports).<br />

In the Code of the monitoring unit column, for equity-type securities the (capitalised) DB code<br />

(number of pieces), for debt securities the currency ISO code of the denomination of the security<br />

shall be reported. Depository receipts shall be reported in the quantity units of the underlying<br />

securities.<br />

For securities deposited with non-resident custodians, in addition to the portfolio data, the name<br />

of the custodian and the ISO code of the country of the custodian's seat shall also be indicated in<br />

the relevant columns.<br />

Dividends shall be reported in the data report covering the month of the financial settlement<br />

(dividend payment, dividend advance payment, dividend repayment). The relevant column should<br />

include total income calculated per 1 unit of equity securities paid (received) in the reference<br />

month (i.e. the total amount paid for the month should be divided by the number of securities)<br />

preferably including tax amount, denominated in the currency of the equity, rounded to two<br />

decimal places. Any dividend amount paid in other currencies shall be converted to the currency<br />

of the equity-type security denomination.<br />

Payments may be made under the reason repayment of dividend advance payment, which<br />

therefore shall be reported with a negative sign; no other data shall be reported with a negative<br />

sign.<br />

The ISO codes to be used in the column containing the ISO country code of the partner,<br />

custodian or issuer as per point 4.2 of Annex 3 of this <strong>Decree</strong> are listed in the technical guidelines<br />

available on the official website of the <strong>MNB</strong>.<br />

The codes to be used for the currency type and the ISO code of the denomination as per point<br />

4.1 of Annex 3 of this <strong>Decree</strong> are listed in the technical guidelines available on the official website<br />

of the <strong>MNB</strong>.<br />

The methodological guidelines assisting in the completion of the tables and the revision rules<br />

provided to ensure error free submission, as referred to in points 9 and 5 of Annex 3 of this<br />

<strong>Decree</strong> are located in the technical guidelines available on the official website of the <strong>MNB</strong>.<br />

Table ERT1: The data supplier’s investments in resident and non-resident securities<br />

This table contains the closing portfolio at the end of the reference period of the securities<br />

owned by the data supplier, issued by residents or non-residents (in Hungary or abroad), which<br />

are not managed by custodians, as well as those securities, which were deposited with nonresident<br />

(foreign) custodians. Any securities that were deposited with resident custodians for<br />

custody management, safekeeping or any other purposes, shall not be reported.<br />

Data suppliers shall report all securities issued and owned by themselves in another table, Table<br />

ERT2.<br />
