Sujit Sur (Coach)<br />

Sujit Sur is an Assistant Pr<strong>of</strong>essor at the School <strong>of</strong> <strong>Business</strong><br />

Administration, Dalhousie University where he teaches<br />

capstone strategy and international business courses at the<br />

undergraduate and graduate level. Sujit holds a PhD from<br />

the <strong>John</strong> <strong>Molson</strong> School <strong>of</strong> <strong>Business</strong>, Concordia University<br />

and his research interests include issues related to ownership<br />

and governance <strong>of</strong> corporations, especially in the context <strong>of</strong><br />

competitive and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, some <strong>of</strong><br />

his present work deals with the base <strong>of</strong> the pyramid approach<br />

towards sustainable development in an international setting.<br />

Kinsley McWhinnie (Competitor)<br />

Kinsley McWhinnie is in her final year <strong>of</strong> the Corporate<br />

Residency <strong>MBA</strong> program at Dalhousie University, where<br />

her studies are concentrated in the fields <strong>of</strong> finance and<br />

international business. Kinsley recently completed an 8-month<br />

residency with Colgate-Palmolive, aiding in the marketing<br />

efforts <strong>of</strong> the Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Oral Care division. Kinsley currently<br />

holds a degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University.<br />

Dex Gittens (Competitor)<br />

Dex is currently in his final year <strong>of</strong> his <strong>MBA</strong> at Dalhousie<br />

and is concentrating on Finance and <strong>International</strong> <strong>Business</strong>.<br />

Dex has recently completed an eight month internship with<br />

RBC Recruitment and Learning, where he worked directly<br />

with senior leaders on enterprise wide projects and strategic<br />

initiatives. Upon completion <strong>of</strong> his <strong>MBA</strong>, Dex wants to start his<br />

career in commercial banking. Dex also holds an undergraduate<br />

degree in management and economics from The University <strong>of</strong><br />

Western Ontario.<br />

Michael Black (Competitor)<br />

Michael Black holds a bachelor degree from Dalhousie<br />

University in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Music. After<br />

changing career aspirations, he enrolled in Dalhousie’s new<br />

Corporate Residency <strong>MBA</strong> program and is currently in his final<br />

year. During an internship with Deloitte as a business analyst<br />

in the strategy and operations consulting practice he found<br />

that consulting was a perfect fit for his diverse background and<br />

interests. Moving forward, Michael will be returning to Deloitte<br />

as a consultant in the strategy and operations practice following<br />

graduation.<br />

Sahal Abdi (Competitor)<br />

Sahal Abdi is a second year <strong>MBA</strong> student at Dalhousie<br />

University where he is concentrating in international business.<br />

Sahal previously worked as an international market analyst<br />

for a multinational fish and seafood company focusing on<br />

emerging markets. Sahal’s work also focused on increasing the<br />

access to water supply for low-income adults in Latin America.<br />

Sahal received his BSc. in Kinesiology from the University <strong>of</strong><br />

Waterloo in 2008.<br />
