Voici Paris<br />
Not to be missed at the end of this<br />
year: the exhibition at the Centre<br />
Pompidou, "Voici Paris, Modernités<br />
photographiques", which is on until<br />
14 January 2013. The institution puts<br />
the spotlight on the wealth of the<br />
Paris scene between the wars,<br />
thanks to historical figures like Man<br />
Ray, Kertész, Krull, Brassaï and Dora<br />
Maar (Assia, a gelatine-silver print<br />
from 1934 illustrated). All in all,<br />
nearly seven thousand images celebrating<br />
the City of Light from the<br />
Christian Bouqueret collection,<br />
acquired last autumn.<br />
