Kennaway House and Lawn
Cellar Bar in House used for late
morning, afternoon and evening song
events. Lawn used for the Craft Fair –
free entrance, open to everyone, 10am
to early evening. Coburg Road, near the
Triangle bus stop. Level access to bar
via entrance on left side of building.
Level access to Craft Fair.
Manor Pavilion
Afternoon and evening concerts and
morning workshops. Corner of Manor
Road and Station Road. Level access.
Methodist Church
The Church is used for evening
concerts, daytime workshops and
tea-time events. The Methodist
Church Hall is used for social dance
and European dance workshops and
the Lower and Upper Methodist Halls
for workshops. High Street, close to
Blackmore Drive (which leads to
Blackmore Gardens). Lift into the
Church and Upper Hall. Level access to
the Hall. Short flight of stairs to the
Lower Hall.
Rugby Club
First floor room used for a variety of
workshops and sessions. Heydon’s
Lane. Access up stairs.
St Teresa’s Hall
Used for dance events, workshops and
social dances. Vicarage Road, north of
the Radway Cinema, with the entrance
at the back of the hall. Level access is
available via doors onto Temple Street.
Unitarian Hall
Used for Family Sidmouth
workshops. Corner of All Saints
Road and High Street. Level access,
but narrow doorways.
Volunteer Inn
Lunchtime informal ‘in the tradition’
events. Afternoon and evening
entertainment arranged by the pub.
Temple Street. Level access to bars
and the garden.
Woodlands Hotel
The Conservatory is used for
storytelling, workshops and mostly
traditional informal evening concerts.
Station Road, opposite All Saints Road.
Use the main entrance and follow the
signs. Level access.
All FolkWeek venues operate a no
smoking policy.
Dogs
No dogs
will be
admitted to
the Ham
Marquee.
Dogs may
be admitted
to other
venues at the
discretion of the
volunteer
stewards and
must be kept
on a lead at all
times. Owners will be asked to
remove their dogs if the dogs cause a
disturbance. Dogs are permitted on the
Festival Campsite but must be kept on
a lead and under control at all times.
Dogs to assist people with disabilities
will continue to be admitted to Festival
Venues.
Please note that from 2013 dogs will
not be admitted to Festival venues.
