Collection of pre-booked tickets
All-In-One, Week, Weekend, Day and Camping ticket purchasers will be
sent a receipt which is then exchanged for tickets on arrival in Sidmouth.
The receipt shows which collection point you have chosen; Festival Box
Office or Campsite. On the day of arrival, if the appropriate Box Office is
closed, a Season Ticket receipt itself can be used to gain access to events.
Advance Event Tickets bought before 16th July will have been posted to
the address you gave when booking. Event tickets purchased from 16th July
onwards through the Tourist Information Centre (TIC) can be collected from
the TIC until 29th July, and from 30th July from the Festival Box Office.
Event tickets purchased online from 16th July onwards can be collected
from the Festival Box Office from 30th July. Tickets not collected up to 1
hour before the event can be collected at the venue. (The collection point for
Ham Marquee events is the Festival Box Office).
All-In-One Tickets give admission to
all events, except the pre-Festival Big
Chris Barber Band and War Horse
concerts on Thursday 2nd and Friday
3rd August, for which there is a £5
discount before 30th July. Entry to
Ham Marquee Evening Concerts is
guaranteed, so long as you arrive at
least 10 minutes before the start of
the event. Entry to all other events is
subject to capacity, but All-In-One
Ticket holders have priority over
customers paying at the door, up to
10 minutes before the event starts

Week Tickets give admission, space
permitting, to all Festival events,
except Ham Marquee Evening
Concerts, for which there is a discount
before 30th July. Week Ticket holders
have priority over customers paying at
the door, up to 10 minutes before the
event starts. Separate campsite
charges apply.
Day and Weekend Tickets have the
same conditions as the Week Tickets.
The Weekend Ticket covers Friday to
Sunday. Ticket holders can purchase
camping for the weekend or for the
night before and/or the night of the
relevant day ticket, as appropriate.

Advance Event Tickets give
guaranteed admission at discounted
prices to specific events at the Ham
Marquee, Manor Pavilion and
Bulverton Festival Clubhouse Marquee
(indicated by ‘A’ in the listing). The
number of advance tickets available
has been limited. The discounted
prices are available before 30th July.
Event Tickets will be available at the
door of almost all events, subject to
space after All-In-One, Week,
Weekend, Day and Advance ticket
holders have been let in.
Event Tickets for Children (aged 7-
17) are half the full adult price unless
otherwise shown in brackets. Children
under 7 go free, unless they occupy a
separate seat. Children under 12 (16
at LNE) must be accompanied by an
adult. (See ‘Notes for Care of Minors’
below).
‘Advance Tickets No Longer
Available’ for any specific event
means that tickets will then only be on
sale at the door from about 10
minutes before the event starts,
depending upon space. Note:
Bulverton now has 7.00 pm start.
Seats are not pre-allocated and
are available on a first-come, firstserved
basis. The number of tickets
available overall has been limited to
ensure that All-In-One, Week,
Weekend and Day Ticket holders can
gain access to an alternative event
should their first choice be full.
Workshop Tickets are available for
£8 on the door for individual
workshops. Alternatively, a book of 6
workshop passes can be bought either
from the Festival Box Office or at the
door. The pass costs £38 for 6
workshops (a saving of £10) and can
be used at all workshops marked with
‘W’ in the events listing.
Bulverton Extended Hours: this
year we have extended the evening
entertainment provided at Bulverton
with an early evening band session.
The Bulverton evening event will begin
an hour earlier at 7.00pm and LNE will
finish later at 1.15am. This gives you
the chance to make an evening of it
with a Chez Nous meal and a drink,
both at reduced Early Evening Special
prices from 7.00pm to 8.00pm, while
you catch the music session band
before the concert begins at 8.15pm.
Please note that for popular
events, you will need to be there by
7.00 pm latest.
Bulverton Late Night Extra (LNE)
tickets are available from the Festival
Box Office until 7.00pm each day.
After 7.00pm tickets for that night’s
LNE will be available at the Bulverton
Marquee entrance.
Big Gig Tickets are combined,
discount-price tickets for the
Bulverton evening and LNE events.
These are available in advance from
the Festival Box Office until 7.00pm,
or on the door, subject to space.
Young Sidmouth Event Tickets are
on sale from the Children’s Box Office
in Blackmore Gardens, 10.30am-
4.30pm on Saturday, and 9.00am-
4.30pm Sunday to Friday.
Note: many children’s events
and workshops are in great
demand, have limited numbers and
there are strict safety limits, so places
