Its website also provides a good overview <strong>of</strong> some Greek <strong>GI</strong> sources. Mentioned already further above, Ktimatologio S.A. (www.ktimatologio.gr) is a private sector firm which is definitely a <strong>key</strong> player because <strong>of</strong> its central role in designing, developing and operating the Hellenic Cadastre. The Company was established by a joint decision <strong>of</strong> the Ministries <strong>of</strong> National Economy, Finance, and Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works. It operates according to the rules that govern private sector companies. Ktimatologio S.A. does not belong into the category <strong>of</strong> organisations and enterprises <strong>of</strong> the broader Public Sector and, therefore, it is not subject to terms and regulations that govern such organisations and enterprises.
