The Government may not exercise any option after five years after the contract award date. However, production can continue beyond the five years. b. The Government reserves the right to exercise options unilaterally, on a fixed price basis, and up to the quantities specified in the periods described below. c. The contract shall continue despite the lack of any specific option being exercised and the Government has the right to exercise any subsequent option. d. All option SLINs may be exercised by the Government in one or more increments. e. H.6 CALENDAR All contract referenced to days shall be recognized as calendar days, unless specifically identified as work days. The Government may unilaterally convert calendar days into dates as appropriate.
