- no budget line for impact evaluation at an appropriate time after programme implementation
Proposal: creating a specific budget line in the E.C. dedicated to finance the impact evaluations, two or
three years after intervention closure (similar to the MAE in France). This type of evaluation is
interesting and makes it possible to check, in a long term perspective, the importance an action could
have had in a specific context.
