A strategy centred on client satisfaction Constantly attentive to the needs of its 56,000 clients, Euler Hermes makes sure its organisation and solutions are always one step ahead. The products and services offered to small and medium-sized businesses are put together close to the ground, while for multinational groups Euler Hermes has created the World Agency. THE WORLD AGENCY, FOR GREATER EFFICIENCY In 2007 the group created the Euler Hermes World Agency, a structure dedicated specifically to multinational groups. This move illustrates Euler Hermes’ determination to offer the solutions suited to the specific situation of each company. Based in Paris, Euler Hermes World Agency is a dedicated subsidiary manned by a central team of around 20 people. Eight regional teams help manage contracts locally: Central and Eastern Europe, Mediterranean Europe, Western Europe, Northern Europe, the Americas and Asia/Pacific. This new organisation marks another step forward in satisfying the needs of multinational groups following the launch of the World Policy in 2004. It responds to the demand of very large groups for a single relationship manager. It also facilitates the work of the brokers, who frequently manage insurance policies in this market segment. In concrete terms, the aim of the Euler Hermes World Agency is to offer clients integrated and homogenous solutions for managing their international receivables, while ensuring the same level of service quality worldwide.
