A client-oriented human
resources policy
Euler Hermes’ human resources policy aims to create a strong corporate
culture, based on shared values, while at the same preserving the diversity
that makes up the group’s richness. As with every other department,
the human resources department contributes to improving service to clients.
MAKING INNOVATION AN INTEGRAL
PART OF THE GROUP
Based on its conviction that client
satisfaction concerns each member of
its staff, in 2006 Euler Hermes launched
a major initiative designed to make
innovation an integral part of the group.
Known as i2s (“ideas to success”), it
was designed to encourage innovative
ideas. SmartLink (see page 20-21), for
example, was one of the ideas to
emerge under i2s. In 2007, 328 ideas
had already been implemented within
the group.
