To celebrate Youth in our communities, Isaac Regional<br />
Council along with our dedicated Youth Ambassadors<br />
are organising two events in Nebo and <strong>Glenden</strong> during<br />
June 2012.<br />
Nebo: Youth Play 25-29 June 2012<br />
<strong>Glenden</strong>: Debutante Ball 23 June 2012.<br />
In addition, we are searching for any community groups<br />
or not-for-profit organisations who may be holding<br />
Youth Week events in either of our towns during the<br />
official Youth Week 13-22 April 2012.<br />

Due to the election date for local government<br />
being put back to 28 April, the <strong>Glenden</strong> and<br />
Nebo Round Table meeting which was due to<br />
be held on 8 May has been tentatively<br />
rescheduled until 11 June, subject to<br />
confirmation.<br />

ARE YOU A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATION,<br />
SPORTING GROUP OR CLUB?<br />
Isaac Regional Council is calling for expressions of<br />
interest from groups who require assistance with<br />
governance and running procedures. Free training<br />
for groups and their committees from experienced<br />
governance consultants may be available in<br />
<strong>Glenden</strong> during the month of April if enough<br />
interest is registered for the program.<br />
