Establish a fluid DHS process to initiate, monitor, and implement child/family cases involving the
Indian Child Welfare Act in Michigan including but not limited to design an ICWA Case Review
Protocol, IOWA Guide for Parents/Children, Best Practices Tool Kit for DHS, and an Annual
ICWA Report Card of DHS ICWA compliance (statewide).
