This American bred rose is a tall stately rose that really commands
your attention in the garden.
Towering above all the other roses, the tall upright stems produce
exhibition quality blooms of luminous pink. A great rose for the
back of the border which produces blooms all season.
The dark green foliage is healthy with good disease resistance.
Not a powerful fragrance as one would expect from such a big rose.
but very pleasant and pleasing to the senses.
Not very well known as a garden rose but has had considerable success
on the show bench.
The long stems and quality blooms are a lovely rose for cutting.
Bred in the USA by E Edwards who named the rose after his father
Sam Edwards.
