Aylmer Shrine Club
Aylmer Shrine Club would like to say hello to all
Nobles of Mocha!
We have had a very busy summer, and this is the
second year that we've hosted the weekly Cruise
Night, in Aylmer. This Cruise Night stated on
May 20th this year and ran every Wed. night, until
Sept. 16th, from 6:00 pm. till dusk.
The attendance has grown to 50 plus cars, at the
location of ICS parking lot on Talbot St. W. in
Aylmer.
August 26th was a special night as we held a
Shrine Night, and were graced with representatives
from the Love Bugs, Jeepsters, and Mocha
Classics. Special Thanks to the Nobles who
helped make this a great evening. This venue
gives our Club great exposure, in Southern ON, as
cars come from London, Woodstock, Langton,
St.Thomas, and Tillsonburg.
I would like to give my personal Thanks to all
Nobles who assisted with this event, and honorable
mention to Nobles Drew Buchner, and John
Vandewynegaerde, who have been a mainstay, of
the weekly helpers.
Mark your calendars for next year and start
attending the weekly Aylmer Shrine Cruise Night
on May 19th 2010.
Stratford-on-Avon S.C.
The Stratford-on-Avon
Shriners Club recently
donated $6,000 to the
Children’s Hospital of
Western Ontario. The
funds will be used for the
hospital’s telemedicine
program, which allows
physicians to teleconference with patients to outlying areas, as
the London-based hospital serves children from Windsor in the
south to Tobermory and Sault Ste. Marie in the north. From left
