Compact floodlight with pseudo rotationally<br />

symmetrical light distribution.<br />

Floodlight housing<br />

made of an anodised aluminium reflector<br />

and an anthracite base made of die-cast<br />

aluminium, additionally anodised. With<br />

flange-mounted, thermally decoupled ignitor<br />

tray and pressure equalisation vent.<br />

Cover made of 5 mm thick, thermally toughened<br />

safety glass, equipped with a silicon<br />

seal and held secure to the reflector part<br />

using non-rusting clips, a mesh cover is not<br />

necessary.<br />

Fixing bracket made of galvanised steel,<br />

continuously adjustable, suited for upright<br />

and suspended mounting of floodlight.<br />

Optical systems<br />

The aluminium reflector forms the rotationally<br />

symmetrical reflector, which has a<br />

highly-specular or semi-specular anodised<br />

inner surface. With internal highly-specular<br />

shield. Pseudo rotationally symmetrical light<br />

distribution.<br />

Re-lamping is simple after loosening four<br />

captive stainless steel screws and opening<br />

the back cover with mounted fixture and<br />

Electrical connection<br />

using enclosed, lockable connector with<br />

cable gland Pg13.5, with 4-pole terminal for<br />

wires up to 2.5 mm². When opening the housing<br />

to change the lamp, the connector must<br />

be unplugged and the floodlight must be<br />

disconnected from power supply.<br />

Versions with ignitor, optionally for instantaneous<br />

hot re-ignition (WZ). Others components<br />

required for operating the floodlight<br />

must be ordered separately and mounted,<br />

see Accessories.<br />

WZ versions with attached, intelligent ignition<br />

management system for instantaneous<br />

hot re-ignition of lamp after power outage.<br />

State-of-the-art microprocessor technology<br />

allows for flicker-free and lamp-preserving<br />

rapid lamp start of even hot lamps. Automatic<br />

safety cut-off and end-of-life detection<br />

prevent abnormal lamp operation and protect<br />

the components of the luminaire. The<br />

floodlight is connected to the ignitor via a<br />

3-pole terminal of up to 4 mm². With cable<br />

gland M20 for cables up to 8 - 13 mm.<br />

Windage area F W = 0.16 m 2 .<br />

Control gear box 0860GK···, either for one<br />

or two floodlights, made of sheet steel, lightgrey,<br />

similar to RAL 7035, powder-coated,<br />

weather-resistant. With lockable door.<br />

Complete with all necessary control gear,<br />

prewired ready for connection. With two or<br />

three cable glands M20 for cables up to<br />

6-12 mm. Mains-side connection terminal<br />

5 x 6 mm², luminaire-side terminals<br />

2 x 3 x 6 mm². Parallel-compensated.<br />

Safety class I, degree of protection IP65.<br />

Supply unit 0860VE··· for one floodlight<br />

including Neozed fuse 16 A and 8-pole<br />

screw-type terminal 6 mm². With two cable<br />

glands M20 for cables up to 7-14 mm. Fixed<br />

via two boreholes 12 mm. Parallel-compensated.<br />

Safety class I, degree of protection<br />

IP65.
