withdrawn due to the budgetary cuts.<br />

<strong>Scene</strong> Services.<br />

Town Grumble Walks in various Town and Parish<br />
<strong>Council</strong>s; to identify areas of concern in their<br />
street environment.<br />
Use of public notice boards; signage; web; press<br />
office; poster campaigns; presentations to<br />
promote <strong>Street</strong> <strong>Scene</strong> and Property Services.<br />
