• Missed Dog Bins Collections<br />
• General Contractor Complaints<br />
• Numbers of re-occurring complaints<br />
Review and collect data, in the form of<br />
complaints, on the performance of the other<br />
Services in <strong>Street</strong> <strong>Scene</strong>.<br />
Some of this data will be identified during a<br />
review of services through systems thinking in<br />
Grounds and <strong>Street</strong> Cleansing services.<br />
