night of Monday, Aug.

According to Police
Chief Wayne Thomas,
entry wat gained by
breaking a window. The
only item taken from the
premises was •
telephone. The incident
remains under investigation.
Also, police are investigating
a break-in
over the weekend of a
vehicle owned by Brad
Youths arrested in forgery
GAYLORD - Two 14
year old Gaylord youths
have been arrested by
Gaylord City Police on 10
counts of forgery totaling
$980.14.

woman received a bank
statement, noting that
the checks were not hers,
but had been stolen from
a residence and forged.

in minor injuries to one
person on 1-75 about a
mile south of Charles
Brink Road in tbe northbound
lane.
Keith Alan Miller, 18,
of Grand Blanc, was
issued a citation for improper
passing after
striking a car driven by
William Briggs, GO, of
Comstock Park.
Otsego County
sheriff's deputies said
Miller failed to observe
Briggs' vehicle and
struck It when attempting
to pull into the righthand
lane after passing
another vehicle.
Miller was issued a
Citation for improper
passing. Briggs received
minor injuries.
