98 For the 2004/05 fiscal year, deferred tax liabilities amounting to TEUR 25 were included under shareholder's equity with a neutral effect on income. In accordance with IAS 12.39 (Income Taxes), no deferred taxes for differences resulting from investments in subsidiaries were reported on the balance sheet. Deferred taxes on losses carried forward were reported only in the amount in which Management expects future taxable income. 15.
