Suffolk County Community College? How<br />

of State and private four-year<br />

Somehow over the years community<br />
colleges have gained a somewhat secondrate<br />
reputation; commuter schools offering<br />
two-year associate's degrees have<br />
been facetiously called "the 13th grade."<br />
