Wacker Neuson moving to a new location<br />
Wacker Neuson Linz is moving to Hšrsch ing one of the most modern and<br />
largest compact construction machine factories in the world.<br />
In the presence recently of<br />
representatives of management<br />
and the municipality of Hörsching,<br />
production successfully<br />
commenced with the first<br />
compact excavator, which Wacker<br />
Neuson is making available to<br />
the municipality of Hörsching.<br />
“Given the increasing demand<br />
for our own products, plus the<br />
cooperation with Caterpillar for<br />
the production of excavators<br />
of up to 3 tons, we were being<br />
pushed to our capacity limits,”<br />
said Martin Lehner, deputy<br />
chairman of the Management<br />
Board of Wacker Neuson SE,<br />
who is responsible for the<br />
division of compact machines.<br />
With an investment volume of<br />
€65 million, the new factory is<br />
a development and production<br />
location for compact construction<br />
machines of up to 14 tons.<br />
Compact and mobile excavators,<br />
compact lo<strong>ad</strong>ers, wheel<br />
dumpers and crawler dumpers<br />
for the construction sector,<br />
The special E16 Limited Edition<br />
model provides an attractive<br />
complement to new enhanced<br />
versions of both the E16 and<br />
the 1.4 tonne E14 compact<br />
excavators which have also<br />
been launched by Bobcat.<br />
Compared to the existing models,<br />
the enhanced E14 and E16<br />
excavators feature new exterior<br />
styling. Inside the cab, the most<br />
important improvements are the<br />
new ergonomic travel levers and<br />
pedals that have proved very<br />
gardening and landscaping,<br />
municipalities and industry<br />
are manufactured here.<br />
Bobcat offers 25th<br />
Anniversary Limited Edition<br />
To mark the celebrations for the 25th anniversary of<br />
the Bobcat compact excavator range, a new Limited<br />
Edition version of the Bobcat E16 1.6 tonne compact<br />
excavator with unique styling has been launched.<br />
successful on the larger E26<br />
excavator model. The cab also<br />
incorporates as standard a new<br />
floormat and internal liner, whilst<br />
offering the largest foot space in<br />
this class of compact excavator.<br />
Optional features include a<br />
premium Bobcat r<strong>ad</strong>io; four tie<br />
downs; bl<strong>ad</strong>e extension rubber<br />
p<strong>ad</strong>s; a new suspension seat<br />
and an auxiliary hydraulic line on<br />
the dipper stick. Taken together,<br />
these features also form the<br />
Limited Edition Optional Pack.<br />
