Selbstverständlich wird auch im Jahr 2013 die
elektronische Vortragseinreichung bereits vor
der Jahrestagung möglich sein.
Rechtzeitig vor der Tagung werden Ihnen die
notwendigen Details und der Upload Link per
E-Mail gesendet.
Medienannahme
Wenn Sie Ihren Vortrag nicht im Vorfeld hochgeladen
haben, geben Sie bitte Ihre Vortragsdaten
bereits am Tag vor Ihrer Präsentation
bzw. bis spätestens 2 Std. vor dem Vortrag in
der Medienannahme ab.
Die Medienannahme befindet sich vor Ort in
Halle 2 im Erdgeschoss.
Referenten der Morgensitzungen bitten wir
Ihre Präsentationen unbedingt bereits am Vorabend
abzugeben.
Es ist unerlässlich, dass Sie Ihren Vortrag
in der Medienannahme überprüfen. Unsere
Techniker stehen Ihnen gerne unterstützend
zur Verfügung.

Electric submission
The electric submission of presentations prior
the congress will be available in 2013.
Our technical partner will contact you in due
time by e-mail with the details and the upload
link.
Speakers preview
If it is not possible for you to submit your
presentation online before the congress,
please submit your presentation in the
speakers preview room not later than 2 hours
prior the start of the session.
The speakers room is located in the ground
floor in Hall 2 next to the registration desk.
Speakers of the morning sessions are asked
to submit their presentation in the evening
before.
Please check your presentation on site at the
speakers preview room. The technicians will
be pleased to help you.
