48 CONCLUSIONES Encontramos que en el grupo tratado con Dexmedetomidina hubo una adecuada sedación y control del dolor postoperatorio durante los primeros 30 minutos. Estos resultados sugieren que la dexmedetomidina como coadyuvante de anestesia general en pacientes operados de rinoseptumplastia es más eficaz en el postoperatorio inmediato al compararla con midazolam.
