Fundado el 29 <strong>de</strong> mayo <strong>de</strong> 2009, el<br />

restaurante ––cuyo nombre rin<strong>de</strong><br />

homenaje al apellido <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> familia<br />

<strong>de</strong>l chef y propietario, Álex Quessep,<br />

y al pueblo libanés <strong>de</strong> don<strong>de</strong> ésta<br />

proce<strong>de</strong>––funciona en un local que<br />

data <strong>de</strong>l movimiento arquitectónico<br />

mo<strong>de</strong>rno <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> década <strong>de</strong> 1960 y<br />

que fue esmeradamente remo<strong>de</strong><strong>la</strong>do<br />

The experience, discipline and research, together with the originality and the passion for<br />

the craft, gave origin to this amazing restaurant who’s culinary offer combines the richness<br />

of the Caribbean’s gastronomic blends with the atavistic f<strong>la</strong>vors of Lebanon, recreated<br />

with avant-gar<strong>de</strong> techniques. Writer Maria Cristina Lamus, categorized it as “a culinary<br />

crossbreed” in her book 333 p<strong>la</strong>ces of Colombia to see before you die.<br />

Foun<strong>de</strong>d on May 29th 2009, the restaurant –whose name gives tribute to the chef´s family<br />

name and owner Álex Quessep, and to the Lebanese town where his family comes from<br />

– is located in a venue that reflects the 1960´s mo<strong>de</strong>rn architectural movement and that<br />

was remo<strong>de</strong>led with strong cosmopolitan criteria. It offers three environments: the outdoor<br />

terrace, <strong>de</strong>corated with comfortable furniture in the middle of a fresh green ambiance;<br />

the main dinning room, characterized for its comfort, elegance and warmth ambiance, all<br />

<strong>de</strong>dicated to keep and promote good table manners; and the inner patio, a space where<br />

the vast Caribbean vegetation blends harmoniously with the architecture.<br />

The restaurant`s product portfolio offers lunch, dinner and catering services for social and<br />

corporate events of small and medium proportions. Likewise, it offers private catering services<br />

with the <strong>la</strong>test global trends in food and drinks.<br />
