SUMMARY
STUDY OF SYNTHESIS AND SPECTROSCOPIC ANALYSIS OF
3-FORMYLCHROMONES TRICYCLICS ANGULARS.
A series of 3-formylchromones angulars tricyclics was synthesized by means of a
synthetic strategy of three consecutive steps:
● Diels-Alder Reaction
● Sigmatropic Rearrangement [1,5]
● Vilsmeier-Haack Reaction
3-formylchromones was obtained by means of this methodology whit good yield. In
order to corroborate the structure-activity-relationship previously observed in some
chromones, the series of obtained compounds was evaluated as far as cellular breathing
inhibitor of tumor cells.
