Air freight is the fastest transportation method available. It is therefore important
that clearances upon departure and arrival flow smoothly. Here you will find an
overview of the required documents:
Shipping/Dispatch Order
This document contains information regarding the shipper, recipient, delivery terms, number
of packages, weight and possibly shipping instructions.
Invoice
Commercial or pro-forma invoice market value for all goods included in the invoice, even in
situations where the goods are shipped free of charge. A pro-forma invoice must show the
actual market value of the goods.
Intra-EU Community Shipments
For deliveries within the European Union, it is sufficient to have an invoice and shipping order
or packing list with the following information: shipper, recipient, contents, delivery terms,
number of packages and weight.

La carga aérea es el método de transporte más rápido disponible. Es por lo tanto
importante que los despachos a la salida y llegada fluyan sin problemas. Aquí se

Orden de Embarque/Despacho
Este documento contiene información respecto al embarcador, destinatario, términos de
entregas, número de paquetes, peso y posibles instrucciones de embarque.
Factura
Factura comercial o pro-forma a valor de Mercado para todas las mercancías incluidas en
la factura, aún en situaciones donde las mercancías son embarcadas libres de pago. Una
factura pro-forma debe mostrar el valor actual de mercado de las mercancías.
Embarques Intra-Comunidad Europea
Para entregas dentro de la Unión Europea, es suficiente tener una factura y orden de embarque
o lista de embalaje con la siguiente información: embarcador, destinatario, contenido,
términos de entrega, número de paquetes y peso.
