Huella Hídrica: 1.300 litros (1,3 m 3 ) <strong>de</strong> agua <strong>por</strong> kilo <strong>de</strong> trigo.<br />
<strong>El</strong> trigo consume aproximadamente 790 mil millones <strong>de</strong> metros<br />
cúbicos <strong>de</strong> agua cada año, que constituye el 12% <strong>de</strong>l empleo<br />
global <strong>de</strong> agua para la producción <strong>de</strong> cosecha. <strong>El</strong> comercio internacional<br />
<strong>de</strong>l trigo es <strong>responsable</strong> <strong>de</strong> 75 mil millones <strong>de</strong> metros<br />
cúbicos <strong>de</strong> ex<strong>por</strong>taciones <strong>de</strong> aguas virtuales cada año, que son<br />
aproximadamente el 6% <strong>de</strong> la suma total <strong>de</strong> flujos internacionales<br />

Un vaso contiene aproximadamente 125 ml <strong>de</strong> vino. La mayor<br />
parte <strong>de</strong>l agua <strong>de</strong>trás <strong>de</strong>l vino es para producir las uvas.<br />
